In TLA phase 1 Exercise of the week is a superset hitting opposing muscle groups. 1. SIngle arm punch in stationary lunge using resistance. (Keep core firing / both abs + glutes) 2. One arm DB row using a 2-0-2 tempo. #fitness #superset #strengthtraining #soccerfitness
