Music is a massive motivator. When designing our boutique space the sound system was a priority as tunes would be on all day. TLA has a penchant for creating eclectic playlists combining genres including electronic, alternative and hip hop alongside great old school and forgotten tracks. Think of the soundtrack from the movie Baby Driver and you have TLA just about right.

Recovery: whether nutrition, sleep, stretching: finding recovery methods that work is the key to success when engaging in an exercise program. After all, during recovery is when the magic happens. TLA will inform, individualize, and assess on the best recovery methods so each client achieves results and feel great. We also offer an athlete recovery session Monday evenings @ 630.
